Discover and define

I gather requirements with the people doing the work, map constraints and exceptions, and agree what a useful result looks like.

Architect and validate

I design the solution around data access, infrastructure and business risk, then use PoCs and MVPs to test the assumptions before scaling the build.

Build and iterate

I develop the model workflows, backend and interface myself, then iterate with users on both usability and system behaviour.

Roll out and enable

I lead rollout and change management, deliver training, and keep improving the solution as people bring it into their daily work.
