About Rajeethan Ratnasingam

I turn business needs into AI products people use. I work directly with the business, design the architecture, build the UI and backend, and lead rollout and change management.

I am Rajeethan Ratnasingam, an AI & Automation Engineer based in Basel, Switzerland. I own the full lifecycle of AI solutions: gathering requirements directly with the business, designing the architecture, building the system and leading its rollout.

My technical work spans LLM orchestration, private RAG, NLP and process automation, alongside UI and backend development. I use PoCs and MVPs to validate ideas, then iterate on the interface and system behaviour with the people who will use them.

Delivery continues beyond deployment. I lead change management, run presentations and training, and help teams bring AI tools into everyday work. At IWB, my work connects AI and data science with finance transformation and business processes.

My background spans digital banking at UBS, process engineering and AI engineering. Alongside a master’s in Applied Information & Data Science, that experience helps me connect technical decisions with business needs, confidential data and user adoption.
